COVID-19 is a severe and unfortunate pandemic that is affecting the world. This has greatly impacted the time it takes to ship and receive packages. We ask that all customers please be patient and allow for additional time to process and ship your order. We’re doing the best that we can to expedite the shipping process, but please note that there may be courier changes, which can cause shipping delays up to 30 days; all of this is out of our control. As always, our customer happiness and satisfaction is our priority. Thank you for being patient as we get through this together. Our coverage area for shipping includes:

United States, Canada, Europe, Australia.

Free Shipping On Orders $25+

We offer FREE shipping on all orders equivalent to $25 USD and above. For all orders below $25 USD, you may calculate the shipping cost by using the shipping calculator on the shopping cart page. Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of your order as well as its destination.

Taxes & Fees

All orders are subject to taxes and/or fees levied by the destination country. Such fees (i.e. import taxes, customs duties, clearance fees etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. Kyutee does not control these fees or know what they are; therefore, we can not be responsible for them. Kyutee will not provide any refunds and/or be responsible for any fees associated with the return of products and goods.

Exchanges & Returns


If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, please contact us with 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a exchange, you must A.) briefly explain the reason for your exchange request; and, B.) provide photo evidence, if applicable.

Please submit all exchange requests to: exchanges@kyutee.com

At that time, we will issue you one equivalent replacement product at no additional cost to you. There is no need to return your original item in exchange. If 14 days have passed since the date of delivery, we’re sorry, but we can not offer any exchanges.


In order to protect the health and safety of our customers during COVID-19, we do NOT accept any returns at this time. If you feel the need to return an item, please contact us and we will offer you an equivalent product exchange, instead. Please review our "Exchange Policy." If you feel the need to return your item because you want a refund, please review our "Refund Policy."

If you would like to request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, you must A.) briefly explain the reason for your refund request; and, as B.) provide photo evidence, if applicable.

Please allow our customer support team up to 3-5 business days to review your request. If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. At that time, a credit will automatically be applied back to your original method of payment, within 14 business days (this is dependent upon your payment method's processing time).
